SMS Messages
We send one-time passwords (OTPs) via SMS during onboarding. Only mobile numbers are supported, and not all country codes may work due to regulatory or technical restrictions. Your location may also affect availability.
If you see an error or don’t receive the SMS, please contact our support team. We’ll check if your country can be added or provide alternatives.
Didn’t get the SMS?
Check Spam or Blocked folders.
- Android: Messages app → Menu → Spam & blocked
- iPhone: Messages app → Filters → Unknown Senders
If still missing, share the mobile number you used so we can verify delivery.
Email Messages
We also send OTPs via email. If you don’t see it, check Spam/Junk folders first.
Still missing? Share your registered email so we can confirm delivery. In rare cases, messages may be blocked by your provider.
