Keep Your Account Secure
- Never Share Personal Details: Monflo will never ask for your login credentials or request that you transfer money to a “safe” account.
- Beware of Phishing: Do not click on suspicious links in emails or texts. Always verify the sender.
- Keep Software Updated: Ensure your Monflo app, phone, laptop, and antivirus software are always up to date.
- Use Strong, Unique Passwords: Avoid reusing passwords across services and consider using a password manager.
If You Suspect Fraudulent Activity
- Act Immediately: Contact Monflo as soon as you notice suspicious activity at support@monflo.com. Acting quickly helps minimize potential damage.
- Provide Details: Be ready to share as much information as possible, including your account number, the amount or cryptotokens involved, the beneficiary account or wallet address, and a description with the date of the transaction(s).
- Change Your Password: Immediately update your Monflo account password with a strong, unique one you haven’t used elsewhere.
- Report to Authorities: If applicable, report the fraud to local police or relevant law enforcement. Send the police report and any other relevant documents to support@monflo.com.
